Week 1

Sprint zero: scope + architecture

We spend the first week only writing. What the app does, who uses it, what data it needs, which systems it integrates with. Come out with a fixed scope and a fixed timeline before any code is written.

Weeks 2-5

Build v1

Weekly demos on Fridays. You use what we built and tell us what's wrong. Scope changes are handled with a swap-out mechanism — you can always trade a feature in for a feature out.

Internal launch

Your team uses the app for real work for two weeks. We fix every bug, tune every rough edge, and load the seed data.

Weeks 7-8

External launch + docs

Rolled out to end users (staff, clients, customers, whoever it's for). Runbooks, admin docs, and a training session for your team. Code and infra fully handed over.

Month 3+

Optional maintenance

Most clients run lightweight after month 3 — bug fixes, small features, monthly cadence. Or take the codebase and extend in-house. You own everything.
